DHL Ecommerce - Effective Friday 17th July 2026, the cut off time for requesting ad hoc collections will change from 12:00pm to 10:00am each working day.  Requests received after 10:00am will automatically be scheduled for the next working day.

Effective June 7, 2026, for UPS, the Paper Commercial Invoice Surcharge will increase to £29.80 in countries where it’s applicable when only a paper commercial invoice is provided.
