DHL Ecommerce - Effective Friday 17th July 2026, the cut off time for requesting ad hoc collections will change from 12:00pm to 10:00am each working day.  Requests received after 10:00am will auto be scheduled for the next working day.

Fedex - Effective Monday 28th September 2026, the cut off time for requesting ad hoc collections will be 11:00am each working day.  Requests received after 11:00am will auto be scheduled for the next working day.
